I. General Provisions

• WoLive is wholeheartedly committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for all users, with special emphasis on safeguarding the rights and interests of children. This software firmly adopts a zero-tolerance stance towards any acts of abuse, exploitation, sexualization, or other inappropriate behaviors involving children. Should users violate the policies related to the protection of minors stipulated in this agreement, they will surely face account-related dispositions and potentially legal ramifications.

II. Age Restrictions

• To use the WoLive software, users must be at least 18 years old. Any attempt to falsify age to gain access to the platform is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the involved account will be suspended or permanently banned.
• WoLive utilizes a combination of automated systems and manual inspections to detect the activities of underage users and signs of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (abbreviated as "CSEA"). Any attempt to bypass these detection systems is not allowed.

III. Prohibited Activities

• Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

  • There is no room for sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
  • Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as relevant discussions, sexually suggestive role-playing, or wearing revealing and sexy clothing, is among the prohibited items.
  • All forms of depiction of child nudity or sexualization, including artistic representations like drawings and animations, are not tolerated.

• Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

  • Threatening, inciting, or physically assaulting minors is absolutely forbidden.
  • Psychologically abusing, coercing, or manipulating minors is not permitted.
  • Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities is a no-go.
  • Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors is also strictly prohibited.

• Inappropriate Appearance of Minors on the Platform

  • Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content.
  • Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is not allowed.
  • Falsifying age to access the platform is strictly forbidden.

IV. Reporting Mechanism

• In accordance with applicable laws, any incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (or similar local authorities).
• If users detect potential violations, they can either use the in-app reporting function or send an email to alphacueanimalcare@gmail.com to report.

V. Restricted Users

Users who have been convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using WoLive software.

VI. Execution and Transparency

• Enforcement Measures

  • Once there is a violation of the child safety policy, immediate actions will be taken against the account. Penalties may include, but are not limited to, warnings, function restrictions, or account bans, depending on the severity of the violation.
  • For serious violations, WoLive may cooperate with law enforcement agencies to conduct investigations.

• User Education

  • We educate users about child safety by presenting the child safety policy on the platform.
  • We also provide timely prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to prevent risky situations.
